Educational Wildlife Programs
Since 1989, Dan Briere and The Little Creatures Co. have been providing fun and educational animal programs throughout the metro Detroit Michigan area. We feature an interesting variety of exotic animals from around the World and can speak to groups of all ages and sizes. The majority of our animals have been adopted and/or rescued from local animal shelters, police departments and private citizens.
Our colorful collection of animals includes many types of non-venomous snakes and lizards, turtles and tortoises, crocodilians and amphibians, large invertebrates, small mammals and tropical birds.
Each animals's natural history, physiology and habits are taught in an age appropriate manner. Many of them can be carefully touched when appropriate and photos may also be taken. We promote proper animal care, wildlife conservation and feature animals that are captive-bred and not wild caught.
We offer our programs to Schools and Libraries, Scouts and Camps, Festivals and Clubs, Children's Parties and other Family Events. Programs can be done in just about any indoor location, or outside during our warmer Michigan weather(above 65f), 7 days a week, mainly serving the metro Detroit area.
